​​Please note *** all classes are for those wanting to pursue glass making as a hobby and are not designed for those wanting to start their own fusing classes/make their own goods to sell. Commercially sensitive information, glass processes and technical information is not included within our classes:)

Catch up classes 

Up to 1 class may be missed (with notice) during a 6 week course, following this a 'catch up' class is offered when there is space in other classes.  These must be complete  within a 3 month period of the missed class & will only be carried forward past 3 months with prior agreement from Chan.  If students cannot attend offered sessions, the catch up will be lost after 3 months.

Our guarantee to you - on the odd occassion due to circumstances out of our control, your fused work may not come out of the kiln as expected.  On the rare occassion that this may happen, you will be offered to remake your work at another session or be provided with a kit to make your work again at home.

Cancellation policy (direct bookings only)

Should you need to cancel for what ever reason, you can do this up to 7 days before the event.  Your payment less £5 admin fee per booking will be refunded.

Within 7 days we will do our best to fill your place/s and if successful an admin charge of £5 per booking will be applied to the refund.  If we cannot fill your place, a refund will not be issued.
