​​Please note *** all classes are for those wanting to pursue glass making as a hobby and are not designed for those wanting to start their own fusing classes/make their own goods to sell. Commercially sensitive information, glass processes and technical information is not included within our classes:)

Catch up classes 

Up to 1 class may be missed (with notice) during a 6 week course, following this a 'catch up' class is offered when there is space in other classes.  These must be complete  within a 3 month period of the missed class & will only be carried forward past 3 months with prior agreement from Chan.  If students cannot attend offered sessions, the catch up will be lost after 3 months,

Cancellation policy (direct bookings only)

Should you need to cancel for what ever reason, you can do this up to 7 days before the event.  Your payment less £5 admin fee per booking will be refunded.

Within 7 days we will do our best to fill your place/s and if successful an admin charge of £5 per booking will be applied to the refund.  If we cannot fill your place, a refund will not be issued.
