Festive fusing - November thru to December, once summer is done we will publish these dates (but if you're an early bird do email us for dates)
Please note *** all classes are for those wanting to pursue glass making as a hobby and are not designed for those wanting to start their own fusing classes/make their own goods to sell. Commercially sensitive information, glass processed and technical information is not included within our classes:)
Catch up classes
Up to 2 classes can be missed (with notice) during a 6 week course, following this 'catch up' classes are offered when there is space in other classes. These must be complete within a 3 month period of the missed class & will only be carried forward past 3 months with prior agreement from Chan.
Cancellation policy (direct bookings only)
Should you need to cancel for what ever reason, you can do this up to 7 days before the event. Your payment less £5 admin fee per booking will be refunded.
Within 7 days we will do our best to fill your place/s and if successful an admin charge of £5 per booking will be applied to the refund. If we cannot fill your place, a refund will not be issued.
We hope you are understanding of the challenges of financial viability for small businesses.
